Can't even play dumb apps keep popping up! – Mini Golf 3D Review

Maybe I'd like this game if I could PLAY it! This game loads up and then when I hit the "tap to continue" page a dumb gamp app pops up and I hit the exit button and nothing happens! Can this be fixed!
