Won’t respond to contact us messages – 5 Differences Online Review

The game decided to create a whole new user I’d when I logged in with my Apple ID after playing many rounds. The purchase I had made disappeared with the new login. So, I made a second in ap purchase. When I logged out the 2nd purchase disappeared. Reached out for assistance only to be ignored. Took a screen shot that shows no response but, I think I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company.
