Not always works – Mi Telcel Review

I am never sure when the service app is going to work. I’ve had the need to add more internet to my phone or home internet plan and wouldn’t let me. Then, when it finally worked the app would be out of service in order to cancel. The lines at the physical location are exhausting. Definitely, not a reliable app.
