The "NO" scared me! – Lotus: Meditation & Sleep Review

Everything was perfect! I felt more relaxed than I've ever felt I was totally comfortable I was sinking deeper and deeper until she said the word "NO" and it made me shiver! It happens around 15 minutes in and I was not prepared at all. Maybe you should listen to that part first and get used to it then try it.
