Not working – PDF Converter - Reader for PDF Review

The app is not working for me. It stalls when I try to upload my photos to convert. It just circles around, and eventually I have to restart the app. I’m still waiting for it to upload my photos. It won’t allow me to cancel or copy a photo either. I am requesting a refund for the in-app purchase.
