Can’t Find Tech Support – Jungle Blast - Bubble Shooter Review

I lost several coins and power-ups I (mostly) purchased and can’t seem to get help. I had to delete and reload the app onto my phone because of an error occurring in the game. I had my progress saved through Facebook, and I downloaded my progress from the cloud after reloading the app. It restored my progress in terms of levels passed and stars earned on each level, but it didn’t save any of my coins, the Battle Pass I had bought, or any of the power-ups I had saved up! When I looked for a way to contact the developer, the only thing I could do was access their website (which was in another language). Even using a translation app I couldn’t find any way to contact or get support on the website. It’s very frustrating that the other things were saved, yet somehow most of the things that I purchased or earned through playing are gone. I’m hoping to get a response to this review to solve my problem. If not, I will not be spending any additional money on this game, and I may delete it altogether.
