App is Good. Customer Service Follow Up is TERRIBLE:-(!!! – Tomorrow.io: Weather Forecast Review

I purchased a lifetime license for the Tomorrow.io weather app on my Android-based Samsung Note9 a few weeks ago. Prior to upgrading my cell phone to the Apple iOS-based iPhone 13 Pro Max with the same number & carrier, I sent an email to ask Tomorrow.io if they could transfer my lifetime subscription from the Note9 to the iPhone 13. They replied yes they could transfer the subscription & to send them a follow email from my device & they would take of it ASAP. Unfortunately, after 3 follow up emails, my lifetime subscription still has not been restored on my new iPhone. The customer service promise follow through is UNPROFESSIONAL, DISHEARTENING, & DECEITFUL. Unless this situation is fixed ASAP, I STRONGLY urge you NOT to use or pay for this app. I would recommend you use the following MUCH BETTER weather apps: CAROT, DARK SKY, &/ or MY RADAR PRO.
