I like the game but. – Online Soccer Manager (OSM) Review

I’ve been playing this game since 2013. I enjoy this game, but there’s something that bother me. I don’t understand how Android and iOS users (I have used both) have different free offer coins. Android user get the easy offer for example (download a game and reach this level to get the coins). In the other hand iOS users get offer like ( buy this product to get this coins or enroll with your personal information to get free coins) I know people that play on both platforms and they say the same thing. I was wondering why is that?
