Janet – PBS KIDS Games Review

My grandson loves this app, but recently he was playing it and the screen went blank. I tried to delete it and reload it. It is deleted but it still must be on, because when I go to the App Store it says “open” which means it’s still there. Please tell me what I can do to get the games back.
