ZERO Customer Service – Typeshift Review

I like this app. I even bought an upgrade pack. I made it part way through that pack. Following an OS update, my pack had disappeared. I tried restoring purchases. No joy. I restarted the app. No joy. I rebooted my iPad. Still, no joy. I emailed CS and didn’t even get a response. I’ll revise this review, if and when I belatedly hear from the developer.
