It has awesome potential! – Photonia Photo Collage Editor - Create your story via amazing Pic Frames and unique Collages with Caption Review

First I will say I *could* easily fall in live with this app. There are no clear instructions to get you started and there is only "full page" options. I originally gave this one star, but after playing with it for awhile, I have discovered its pretty awesome. This is the best "scrap booking" app I've seen so far.
