App was unavailable – Atom - Movie Tickets & Times Review

App was unavailable for multiple days making a subscription I had purchases unusable. then Atom customer service lied to me stating there was never an issue after I was able to get employees of a theater chain they partner with to replicate the issue. If you can’t be honest in this situation what does that say about your business?
