App needs some refinement – Wine.com Review

While I like wine.com wines and service their app could use a little help. First off, there doesn’t appear to be a basic “back to search results” button after you’ve viewed a wine “details” page. Huh? It’s hard to believe, but if I want I seem to have to start my search all over again. Perhaps it’s there, but if it is, it is non-intuitive to this IOS savvy user. Trying to get help, their online chat has a half hour wait time in the middle of the day. I never did hang around long enough to get an answer to my question as I suspect she didn’t have one, so she continued to say she was “helping one other customer” ahead of me.
