Problem with iPhone 13 – Microsoft Lens: PDF Scanner Review

Program worked fine with my iPhone 10 though files were a bit large for what was being scanned. Recently upgraded to iPhone 13 Pro and unable to store PDFs in phone storage. Program blinks and closes each time I try.
