What’s the difference in pay options? – Days • Event Countdown Review

I’m on my last day of the free trial and want to purchase, but I’d like to know what the difference is between the two yearly options: why is one $4.99 and one is $12.99? Also, is there a way to fit more events listed on a screen? I have so many that I have to scroll and scroll.
