Excellent app even for professionals, EVEN the free version! – Piascore - Smart Music Score Review

I love this app. It works well and it's extremely cost effective (I've been using it for free)! I'm a church pianist (I play for 2 different churches for a total of 2 Sunday services and 2 choir practices per week.) and I accompany a high school choir for concerts as well as other smaller gigs here and there. I've used a Donner page-turn pedal for over a year and recently invested in an apple pencil as well. Piascore holds all my music, and makes it extremely easy to download new scores from my google drive! My favorite features: - Writing and taking notes is convenient: with apple pencil you just touch to write with whatever color you used last; without the pencil you long press to write with your finger (which I still thought was very convenient compared to another software that made you go through a short series of menus to write). - You can add jump points for quick turning between repeated sections. - You can adjust single pages that are a little crooked and crop them as well! - You can create tags and make set lists to better organize your music from the master list that is alphabetical by default (but you can change it to be organized by recent, title, or artist). - There's a setting you can turn off that is "Start from first page". I flip between books quickly and this was very cumbersome to me so I'm happy to turn it off! My suggestions: - I wish you could export a list of what's in each tag the same way you can a setlist. I also wish that you could select songs in a tag and "add all to set list/other tag". Currently when looking at a tag, if you press the select button it takes you out of the tag and you see your whole score list again. - I would like a way to organize set lists into folders. I have a setlist for every Sunday church service and I like to keep them so I can see what we did last year (for planning purposes). However my list of set lists is becoming quite long. I would like to organize them into folders by month and then maybe by year or season (creating folders inside folders) if possible. - I have a lot of hymn PDF's that start with numbers (I.e. 314 In the Garden) and it would be nice if the quick menu in the All Scores list had numbers to jump to (even if it was just 3, 5, and 7. Anything more than "#" would be helpful). - When you're fast-scrolling through a set list, I appreciate the recent addition of the red arrows to show the start of each piece and would like to suggest that you also display the title of the piece over each page preview for easier searching.
