Stopped working in IOS 15 – Deltek Touch Time & Expense for Vision Review

I used to use this app daily for entering my time but so nice upgrading to IOS 15 the app freezes up right after launching and doesn’t even get to the logon PIN screen. I tried to contact software support for the app, but that is a dead end.
