Refund/canceling subscription – uTalk - Learn 150+ Languages Review

I contacted them once I realized this app was not for me. They asked for my email so I provided it. They emailed me back and said they couldn’t find that email so I sent the last 4 of my card number I used and they stopped responding. I later screen shot my email I used to sign up for the and the card number and asked if they received my first email. No response back from them. I emailed them again today this morning asking if they received the email or able to locate the card I used. Here we are at 1:33 pm and still no response from them. This is giving me scam vibes. I’m really upset
