I have a problem – Browser and Documents Manager Review

I changed my phone Browser and documents manager in my last phone when i play a video on any websites options was open and had download choise Nooowwww in my new phone that not hapend no option no download and if i download with a link this message will open for me * restricted by copyright. * what can i do please help me i need this app …?
