Used to be Good app – Ablo - Nice to meet you! Review

I enjoyed talking with people and learning, then one day I stopped receiving messages from my friends I can understand one but not all and I reached out several times to get help but no one will help me and I am starting to hate this app more and more. I tried to make another account to fix the problem but they won’t let me. The developers reply to this is so unuseful, I have told so many people this not a dating app and never used this app as such, I made many friends and now can’t talk to them because the developers don’t check out reports, one friend who broadcasts regularly and doesn’t violate rules got shut down for a day because someone wanted to be vindictive. I can’t use the app and get no support because I feel these guys are being lazy. Fix my account and research when reports are made thank you.
