Unable to play – ZitoBox Review

I won $10 and purchased coins , but is unable to play because the games will not open , can you fix the problem or return my $10 so I can play on another site. I was able to get my daily rewards and play before the purchase. You sent my rewards card to my email but when you send me a verification email I never receive it. Xyz
