App is stuck on “hang tight, it’s still downloading” – ACL Music Festival Official App Review

I can’t seem to get past this loading screen… I’ve deleted and reloaded the app three times now and this time around I’ve waited about twenty minutes and still on the same screen. It’s just infinitely loading and not doing anything at all.
