Doesn’t do what was expected – KaiserTone Audio Player +HiRes Review

Paid $9.99 in the App Store for this app. Was suppose to allow me to enhance volume and allow me to increase volume on headphones. It doesn’t do anything my regular volume button doesn’t do. It was a waste of my money.
