Did not find my fire tv stick – FireStick Remote Control TV Review

Both phone and tv are on the exact same network and the search just spins. Attempted to contact support and that link goes nowhere. The reviews were so good I had purchased the annual upgrade now I’m stuck with this app that doesn’t work.
