One stop self care shop – Simple Habit Sleep, Meditation Review

I love this app for it’s simplicity and content. It has awesome meditations for any occasion, plus sleep sounds as well as great simple Yoga practices. It is replacing three other apps I used and paid for. Considering the extremely reasonable price for the app and what I used to pay for the other three combined, this is a great bargain for excellent content. I’m meditating more, sleeping better and getting more movement every week. Highly recommend.
