Possibly a scam. – Fancy Giveaways & Cash App Review

I’ve had this app for a while now and after a few months I saved up enough points to enter into a $10 gift card drawing, and I won. I did notice something odd, when I opened the app I received a notification saying that my award was sent to my email, but the given email was completely random and not even close to mine, I worried that it somehow got mixed up but eventually the reward was send to my email, so I’m not sure what that was about. But I was very happy to win something. I figured I’d continue to get points every day so I could save up to enter into another gift card drawing. After another few months, that’s what I did. But this time while I was putting in all my points, the app force quit and about half of my points disappeared, they never came back. So only half of my points were entered into the drawing, which then of course I figured, I was not going to win. Someone else with more points than me won. I decided to contact them so I sent an email explaining what happened, how I had 1200ish points but when I rejoined the app, only had 700ish. I don’t like to think this but I’m concerned this app may be a scam. Like maybe they let you win the first time but after that they screw you over. As I figured, I never got a response back to my email. So that just is kind of suspicious. It was irritating since I wasted so much time taking surveys and watching ads just for half of my points to vanish. This took place a few weeks before the big update so I really hope the app was just not functioning properly and there were some bugs. Otherwise this is not okay. Either way, I still got no response back, no one helped resolve my issue. I stopped using the app after my points disappeared. I waited to hear back from them. As of now I’ll be deleting the app. I hope this app improves and that no one else has this issue.
