Not working... – DIY Wallpaper Frames ( SCREEN : for Lock Screen & Home Screen ) Review

I updated this app and when I get on it a gray screen pops up and then it crashes. Now I'm reading on your update that we need to delete and re-install? Why? I'm not going to pay for this app again.
