Great options but hours to check out – Wine.com Review

The app has great options and a good selection to choose from for gifts as well as other occasions. It seems there was a price change as I was in the process of checking out, which then kicked back my order. I then received error messages that the $20 off for installing the new app was no longer valid and the price and tax were incorrect. I had to start my order all over again multiple times. For some reason, the app saved the shipping address, which belongs to the gift recipient, as the billing address even though I did not request that. I believe I finally got my order submitted after having a price increase of $10 to the item I was in the midst of purchasing, as well as an increase in the tax and shipping cost. I am hopeful the gift turns out beautifully as it looks in the picture.
