Not working – Pure Chess Review

I bought this app a few years ago and installed in an old iPad. When I replaced the iPad for a new one and try to install it but didn’t work even when it was removed from the old one. I am using the same Apple account and keep tasking me to buy it again. I contacted support by email and they never answered me back.
