Trash not respawning bug – Ocean Is Home 2: Island Life Review

So I was doing my usual rounds around the island picking up trash but then I noticed no one was putting out their garbage and now I’m stuck with no way to make money because of this bug tell me how to fix it or I’ll end up dead
