Almost perfect – Kitsap Credit Union Review

Customer service is behind excellent. Day to day banking is great. Not real happy with the loan department. When I tried to get a loan modification to 500.00 a month for six months instead of 958.00 I was denied because unemployment ie not considered income. I have never been late in6 years. I would think they would want to help a loyal customer get their truck paid off. Maybe I just don’t understand banking
