Just leaped into the lifetime subscription but seems buggy – App in the Air: Flight & Hotel Review

I want to give this app five stars soooo bad but it’s not quite there yet!!! I am a forever fan!! Keep up the great work :) What I love… -keeps track of flights; delays, gate changes, cancellations all of it!! -acts as a flight diary (LOVE THIS!) What I’m not crazy about… -when you add someone’s else’s trip under people’s trips, it adds it but puts it under my trips (if it doesn’t segregate these I don’t see how it’s useful) -it doesn’t pull my Southwest rewards details despite several attempts -it hasn’t successfully parsed my email to find upcoming trips in a long time so I have to manually add them
