Bring back the old versions! – Learn & Play by Fisher-Price Review

Kudos to the person/team that handles the responses to the reviews. Unfortunately, the canned answers are getting old and repetitive, and frankly disingenuous. Can you just please… 1) escalate this matter officially to company stakeholders and decision-makers—scroll through the past year’s reviews, many are from parents of kids with special needs 2) give us a straightforward, honest explanation why the old apps were discontinued, was it a licensing or developer, contract, or ownership issue? 3) advise on concrete action moving forward other than simply considering our feedback “for future updates.”
