Never received credits I payed for. – Tribair - Cheap phone calls Review

I spent $9.99 for $10 of credits, and when I clicked back to see how many credits total I had after the purchase, it still only had the $.10 that they give you as a nicety. I made a quick call - thinking that might help the credits click on - nothing. I contacted them, they asked for Apple's receipt, which I emailed them, and my credit card statement- yet to no avail they say there is no purchase of this in their records and I should talk to Apple. Ummm.... THERE'S NO TALKING TO APPLE ABOUT APPS. I got ripped off, just trying to call my fiancé and mother while on vacation in Ireland. Be careful with this company.
