App is not working – CorrLinks Review

The app is not working. It says it’s unable to connect with server. I am in a inmate support group and everyone has had this issue since yesterday and nothing has been done about it. The help site says to uninstall the app and then reinstall but the same message shows up. When inmates who make slavery wages have to pay for this as do their families, IT SHOULD F**KIN WORK!!!
