Bug. Please FIX! – Delicious - Emily's Childhood Memories - FREE Review

I can't get pass the level where Emily and her grandma is suppose to put up baby decorations outside while Emily's parents are at the hospital. The hammer appears but no matter what you do, the fix percentage never passes 2% out of 100. Please fix! I was so excited to play and even paid the full version only to get stuck.....
