I am having trouble with something can you please help – Colortnite: Nite Coloring Game Review

This is a great game but I’m having trouble with something whenever I try to play an ad to get more crystals and when it hits zero the ad never replace can you please fix this for me because I used up all my crystals so I can’t play the game overall perfect game
