Biggest scam – BabySparks - Development App Review

I have never used this app for whole year and this app auto renewed my subscription without giving the option to cancel subscription. My Apple subscription do not have the subscription valid but Baby spark took the money by saving our credit card number. There is no option to cancel the subscription in their app and when I contacted customer service for 2 time to cancel my subscription they did not replied to email or called me back. I have purchased 1 year subscription and never used it but to cancel next year subscription they did not give us the option and support to cancel until deduct for my next year subscription
