Clunky ui/ux and lacking in functionality – Workplace from Meta Review

Coming from Slack, workplace is way less user friendly and slow. From the divided nature of posts v chats, the lack of control over notifications, to the difficulty (extra clicks all over the place) in finding chats, inability to search chats, lack of formatting options for text workplace is incredibly old skool and a pain to use.
