App won't update – Math Games for Kids & Toddler Review

Bought the app a while ago for my boys. It was good before the update. Now it's just a nuisance. It won't update and I can't delete it. I see I'm not the only one with this problem. The developers know there's a problem. Very unprofessional to not have it fixed by now and it's a terrible business model to make customers contact the support team to get a fix for an app that was legitimately purchased. Doesn't matter how great customer support is about the issue, FIX THE APP!
