Please give me back my locked items – Vampire Dress Up Review

I unlocked the items for $1.99. I had to delete the app to make more room on my phone. I went to put it back on my new phone, and now it says I never purchased the wedding items. When I did. Please fix this issue. I don't think I need to pay again.
