Great game! – Asteroid Blaster Smasher Space Game FREE Review

But . . . I can't figure out how to "buy" it so that I do NOT have to put up w/ALL of the other free game offers that keep popping up! My 4 yr. old Grandson really likes it. But, I do not even want him to "see" the pictures on the other game offers! Please advise.
