Missing English Option, Instructions, and apparent guaranteed end of game – Take Control of the Tower Review

Game not written in English nor provides language option. No help screens provided. "Bird Warning" level places birds on top of air craft which seems to guarantee the end of the level. This game needs some serious refinement.
