Cute, but.. – Cartoon Home Screen Wallpaper Maker - iOS 7 Edition Review

I think it's a great app but you should make it available for the iPad mini. Everything is cute but I don't think buying the full version is worth it just to get more wallpapers and frames. I'll be waiting for the mini version.
