Trouble logging in – JumiaPay (formerly Jumia One) Review

This is my first time downloading the app, and I can’t even log in or sign up. At first, I thought I am to create another account for this app, so I signed up until it reached the verification code tab. I waited for about 20 minutes but no code, I clicked on resend code and waited again but still the same thing. I thought it was my network at first, I closed the app and toggle airplane mode to restart my network. I signed up again but it's still not sending the code. I tried over six times changing my email address too but still the same result. ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️ This morning, I noticed I can log in my normal jumia account with the app. I tried logging in but after inputting my password, it will just keep on loading without changing window. I went to the jumia shopping app and changed my password, it still didn't work. It does not even bring incorrect password or email not found or something like that, it will just keep on loading with the password input window in the background. That can be so frustrating on a first experience. ? Please do something about this as soon as possible.
