Too buggy; game freezes and loses my rewards – Call me a Legend Review

Customer service will not respond after initial contact -- not even to acknowledge subsequent issues being reported. Initially, the game was reliable and playing was fun. Now it's just frustrating as the game will freeze as often as once every ten minutes. Even before the latest problem, I was experiencing most of the problems reported by other unhappy players, so the game was hardly perfect then, but it was, with those imperfections, at least reliable. Now, it's not even that. Game now aborts several times an hour; today it did so twice in two minutes. Most recent loss was a Carnival "No Mercy" run in which I was doing rather well. No points for me. Update as of 21 July 2021: Game crashes every time I run it. There are fixed time limits for daily activities and I will probably miss all of them. Issue just started today. Restarted app several times. Restarted ipad. Updated to very latest version. Nothing helped. Empire Software web site is useless and game crashes within 10 seconds so I can't report the problem. Can't even contact the company to report this. Beyond merely frustrating.
