Can’t Upgrade due to screen scrolling up – CardStar Review

Can’t access the cards after being required to upgrade. Tried creating an account but I can’t follow the prompts as the screen scrolls up every time it goes to the next section. There is no way to scroll back down. I can’t see the information required. Please fix. Thanks
