5 years very upsetting treatment – MySudo - Private & Secure Review

The issue has been resolved professionally! Thank you! We have been with sudo for 5 years and had two separate accounts on two separate devices. At the beginning of this year all that changed and now we are both out of our accounts and some how the accounts have become one account and neither of us can access our data and contacts, we cannot delete anything or restore our purchases and our constant requests are now being ignored. We were first told that the Apple ID could not affect the accounts and now we are being told that the ID is the problem not their service changes without notifying us or having any regard for the years of data we have on sudos and contacts! We are very angry at the way we are being treated and we continue to pay our bill every month but without the services that we have been paying for. We will file an official complaint if this is not correct this week. We have been very patient and waited for customer service to correct the issue And yesterday I was treated very rudely by customer support. This service used to be free then we started paying a few dollars for TWO SEPARATE ACCOUNTS now we are paying $180/year when the agreement was Supposed to be $79 for mine and $24 for my spouse! Fortunately I saved all this information.
