Not working after 2 months – Social Network Analyzer Review

I bought the app on May and it worked for Facebook . Then 2 months later it stopped working , not showing anything than white screen, can’t restore purchases . I made another purchase assuming it would work . But still not working. Also I don’t see anything about Instagram , only fb and Twitter .
