Game wont open STILL – Call me a Legend Review

I have contacted support through multiple means now and the only response I recieved back was “there is nothing wrong and dont have multiple applications open in the background” from Audrey on June 30th. Clearly lots of others have the same issue with no real support from this development team. It is a great game, outside of the constant push to buy items and obvious lack of any real support. 13Jul2021: Clearly that is a standard response without actually reading what was written. I have already stated giving all of the information that was requested and recieved a bogus response and this is another one.
